I was diagnosed with Social Phobia when I was 14. I’m 16 now. I’ve slowly over come it with alot of therapy. I missed 130 days of school in the 2007-2008 year. I stayed back and later had my absences excused. I still stayed back.
I’ve slowly overcome it.

I love this cartoon its very cute and informative!
You can buy many self help CBT books and others that are similar, the internet is also a great resource. Try to be more open about it and talk to your friends and family about it. I suffer from it as well so i don’t know the cure, but i’m fighting and can see the light!
